No Tattoo Mod for Elves
===========What This Mod Does==============
Annoyed that you're forced to be Dalish? Want to be a city elf? Look no further. This mod replaces one of the less popular elf tattoos with
a blank state, resulting in the "No Tattoos Look" that's so fashionable in the cities.
Simply scroll through the Tattoos options in the CC until you get to the blank face.
Works on both males and females.
