Ataralyxius's Inquisitor Saved Game Pack for Dragon Age Inquisition

Overview

This is simply a collection of 4 different save-game characters that I wished to share. The characters in this save game pack are:

  • Vaerysia, a female human rogue
  • Cyreniss, a female elven mage
  • Othorin, a male dwarven warrior
  • Nero, a male human rogue

Each of these characters was created using the DEFAULT world state. The save-games were created at the earliest possible save point after character creation (that is, after the interrogation scene.)

These save-games were created using the pre-order version of the STANDARD edition of Dragon Age: Inquisition, this has also been verified to work with the Digital Deluxe edition as well (thanks to alexathan).

Sliders for each character ARE included in the files, should you need to refer to them for whatever reason (see Some Answers below).

If you cannot find the slider screenshot for some particular facial feature, it means that that feature is unchanged from the default face.

Installation

1. Download and extract the save-game files to your desired location.
2. Navigate to where you saved the downloaded files.

3. Pick and choose (if not all of) the characters you wish to use, and copy his or her save files located within the save folder.
i.e. if you want to use Vaerysia, copy the .DAS file located in ...\Ataralyxius' Inquisitor Save Game Pack\Vaerysia\Save
4. Paste the save file(s) into your C:\Users\”Your user name”\My Documents\Bioware\Dragon Age Inquisition\Save folder

5. Start up the game, load your character and enjoy!

Remember: If you do not like a particular character, you are by no means required to install it.

Un-Installation

Some Answers
_________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

  • If you want to use your own custom world state or to use different classes, use the sliders included in the download to try to
recreate the characters’ faces. I will NOT be doing CUSTOM world states
  • Should the save file(s) not work for some reason,
    • Ensure that your save files are located in the right folder (saves should NOT be in the same folder as the Dragon Age Inquisition
executable, only within your “Bioware” folder in “My Documents”
    • If Origin prompts you to choose between using cloud saves or using local data, always choose to use local data
    • In the main menu, check to see that the character(s) are there when you try to load a game
    • Restart the game
  • If all else fails, use the sliders included in the download to recreate the character
  • Should you have any other questions, feel free to post a comment or pm me and I will attempt to get back to you
