Retexture of the Halamshiral finery to a green jacket with gold sash and embroidery. The leather parts are all black, and the trousers are khaki.

21 May 2015: I finally got around to updating this to the .daimod format!
23 August 2015: I finally got around to fixing the stupid tint file, so it's now green and gold instead of an ugly monstrosity.
