I am not a fan of Josephine's moles, beauty marks, whatever you want to call them so I gave editing her myself a try. It's not perfect, I'm sure if looked closely enough you can see where they were removed. 

Install
Install with DAI Mod Manager.
  Note: Make sure you have latest official patch. If you remove mods in an active save, it will break the save. Backing up saves is always recommended. You can also try the "fake mod" method as described at the bottom of the DAI MM page.

Permissions
Feel free to use this in your mod, just cite where you got it.  Maybe if someone wants to fix her nose and close her mouth *hint hint* :P
