*UPDATED 05 SEPT*
*If you downloaded my MOD, consider endorsing, IF YOU LIKED IT*

These are my skills how I envision them to be.
These are the Earthshaking Strikes... the Mighty Blows... the Pommel Strikes.... they have to be worth something.
Warrior has to feel like a warrior not like a noodle.
Earthshaking strike now really shakes the earth, Mighty Blow is a godamn mighty blow. Pommel Strike is just a pommel strike. Whirlwind now is worth using. It's really fun with Vortex of Steel.

Here are the changes (+ a small backstory I created for all of them, to fit my vision).
05 SEPT Changelog:

  • Increased Rising Winds damage to 30%.

03 SEPT Changelog:

  • Earthshaking Strike nerfed from 1000% to 900% weapon damage with its burn from 75% to 50%. Stamina cost increased to 95.
  • Mighty Blow nerfed from 600% to 500% with its knockdown bonus of 250% reduced to vanilla 200%. Default knockdown duration reduced from 3 to 2.5.
  • Pommel Strike cooldown increased from 16s to 18s (vanilla 20s). Lightning Jab upgrade bonus damage reduced to 150%.
  • Whirlwind base damage nerfed from 200% to 150% with its stamina cost reduced to a respective 20 to complement the change. Cooldown increased from 12s to 14s. Rising Winds each consecutive strike damage increased from 20% to 25%.

2H
Earthshaking Strike to Shattered Ground ReDefined

Earthshaking strike now deals a massive blow to the ground, shaking the Earth to its core while opening up a wound where molten lava pours out, burning nearby enemies. You feel slightly lightheaded after using this.

Changes: Increased base damage to a mighty 900% weapon damage per hit (2 as usual), making it a total 1800% weapon damage. Stamina cost increased to a huge 95 with cooldown increased to 32s.

  • Shattered Ground upgrade has gotten a bonus damage increase to 50%.

Mighty Blow to Easy Target or Stay Down ReDefined

You deal a massive overhead strike, halving enemies in two. This leaves a V-shape in their armor.... or body if they're unlucky.

Changes: Increased base damage to 500% weapon damage. Stamina cost increased to 65. Increased default knockdown duration to 2.5 seconds (from 2).
  • Easy Target reduces stamina cost by 15 as usual, but bonus damage if knocked down reduced from vanilla 300% to 200%.
  • Stay Down bonus knockdown duration increased to 4 seconds, from 3. Mighty Blow by default already knocks the target down now for 2.5 seconds, but with the Stay Down upgrade that increases to a total of 6.5 seconds, which is a pretty long time in combat, and sounds more like .... "Stay Down!"

Pommel Strike to Lightning Jab or Staggering Strike ReDefined

You strike a quick blow, catching them offguard. They need to recover from this for a few seconds.

Changes: Reduced base damage to a measly 200% weapon damage, stamina cost decreased to 30 and reduced cooldown by 2 seconds, making it a total 18 seconds. Stun duration remains unchanged.

  • Staggering Strike now gets an increased duration of 4.5 seconds, from 3.
  • Lightning Jab bonus damage reduced to 150%.

Whirlwind to Rising Winds ReDefined

You swing your weapon like a crazed beast, trying to catch everyone and everything in its path. The more you spin the crazier you get.

Changes: To make this skill a bit more appealing (and to use it with Vortex of Steel which is really fun), I've increased base damage to 150%, giving it a stamina cost of 20, with a reduced cooldown of 14 seconds.

  • Rising Winds each consecutive strike bonus damage increased to 30%. By 3 swings you'll already be doing 90% more damage, so it's something to think about (if you wanna do a sigil of the Great Bear build).

That's it for 2H skills, now onto Vanguard and 1H/Shield.

Vanguard

War Cry
to Battle Roar ReDefined

You let out a massive roar, striking fear into nearby enemies and yet pulling them to you.

Changes: Default duration increased to 6 seconds (4 is nothing....., really BioWare).

  • Battle Roar upgrade gets a 2 second bonus duration increase as well, as well as a 2 meter increase to its range. So +6s and 12m.

1H/Shield

Payback Strike to Sweet Revenge ReDefined

You pay back the enemy with a Strike from the depths of hell, doing even more damage if they've recently hurt you. This can be used even if you're disabled or knocked down.

It sounds kinda cheesy, but I got nothing else for this skill, ... anyway.

Changes: Damage increased from 200% to 250%, bonus damage from 200% to 250% if recently hurt.

  • Bonus damage from 200% to 250% on Sweet Revenge.

----

I feel the rest is pretty balanced, and overall, 1H/Shield abilities in comparision to 2H, I feel is pretty balanced... since... well... 2H is 2H and you're supposed to be a mighty warrior, 1H/Shield is more of a jump around tank and be nice and fluffy...

Anyway...

Let me know what you guys think.

Personally I played a version of this mod yesterday, and godamn it was fun. This is how Iron Bull was meant to be played, seriously. :) Not the spammy Devour/Dragon Strike spam-crap.

Earthshaking Strike to Shattered Ground ReDefined <- Just a mod done by request, for wussies.

Also, a disclaimer. I play on Pandemonium Ultra Difficulty with trials, so that might say something. Incase you got something to say.
