this mod replaces the second-to-last tattoo slot for the elven tattoos or vallaslin with fenris's tattoo.
please note that due to my program's lack of flexibility with channels and the way the tattoo textures are structured, this mod will alter the LAST FOUR elven tattoo designs in the cc. the other three are now blank.
this mod is for elves only, and incompatible with any other tattoo mods that modify the last 4 vallaslin.
