Dreadlock hairstyle for elves and humans

I was just diagnosed with a life threatening & chronic condition that may prevent or slow down future updates (possibly stop depending how advanced it is, and how treatment goes). I apologize in advance. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to direct message me.
For now, I am going to try my best to do as much as I can... But please be patient and gentle with me in my fragile state.

(I am posting this on all my mod descriptions. This mod is currently considered FINISHED and likely will not receive any future updates considering my current state. If you would like to edit it, or add onto it, you have my permission to do so, so long as the proper credits are given to myself and Ratmother)

UPDATE 9-21-17: Finally uploaded an updated Elf Female version which includes an edited version of Ratmother's dreadlock hair texture. This texture will affect other hairstyles, and there doesn't seem to be a way around that at this time. However, I like it... and think it looks neat on other hairstyles as well.

This is not perfect! I noticed weird lighting on pieces of the hair for some colors, but decided I liked the effect. Makes the locks look like they have highlights.
REQUIRES MESH SETTINGS ON ULTRA! (I wrote this further down but I'm leaving this here too)
Most hair mods require ultra settings, as there is a different mesh for each level of detail (low, med, high)... It'd be a pain to edit each one of them the exact same way. If it is requested, however... I will make a version for your specific mesh setting. Just PM me or leave a comment with the setting you use, and race/gender.
REPLACES THE BUN HAIRSTYLE

I'm also working towards dwarf versions. However, their heads are extremely oddly shaped in comparison to the hairstyle, and this is causing me some grief (I've never modded the Dwarves). If anyone knows a work-around, le'me know! Otherwise, I'll hopefully have it done by the time I get back from California in a month (if my computer situation works out while I'm there).

I don't have plans to release human versions. I made these for elves because the Dalish are a tribal people, and as such I felt they needed some dreadlocks. Technically the human Inquisitor is of Noble birth, and I didn't really think dreadlocks would fit in with their back stories. Plus, I don't really play humans. I may change my mind later, though. Convince me.
Human Female & Male released, working on all other races.

This is for both MALE and FEMALE elves. They are not the exact same, though. Had to use the first as reference for the second. So, there will be really minor differentiations. Nothing major.

-------------------------------------

With all that being said! I always play dreadhead characters, and since no one else has tried it, here we are. Like I said, they're not perfect. Seeing as you can't change textures for individual hairstyles, I had to work with what I had.
I have plans to release a full head dreadlock hairstyle sometime in the future. Biggggg dreadies!

-------------------------------------

These will replace the bun hairstyle. You must have Meshes on ULTRA in the settings in order for them to show up. I don't think they're Trespasser compatible, but if I'm wrong, let me know (my highest level is already in the Trespasser DLC, so I can't check).

Just drag+drop into your mod folder. DAI Mod Manager required. Blahblah, same ol' same ol'.
