*New* (10/4/2016) Added mod that unlocks all specializations for followers.
Unlocks the Inquisitor tree and all class specializations for you and your followers at the start of the game (at the same time you unlock the regular trees). You do not need to start a new game for this mod to work; it will immediately unlock everything regardless of where you are in the story. This mod is compatible with my "Inquisitor Tree Overhauled" mod, which can be found here: http://www.nexusmods.com/dragonageinquisition/mods/1475/?
From the testing I've done, all abilities work as intended with one exception: Lightning Flask, when used by Varric, causes him to disappear for a while. If you switch to him while this effect is active, you'll see a spasm of meshes going completely mental on your screen. I recommend leaving it disabled in Varric's tactics and only using it when you're in control of him.
