Please note that this is my first mod. I do not own any of the DLCs so I cannot say how this works as far as those go.

I haven't found any mods out there that let you equip Cole's armor, so unless they are sneaky or made me forget, here you go!

Not fully tested but seems to be working fine. Appears to work with Live Like Viv and EquipLikeSolas. Doesn't work with Dorian's Armor Mod.

For Mage Armor:
Requires Remove All Armor Class Restrictions by LoveAlice.
Install only one file!
And a little note: the armor will be medium armor so the stats are for rogues. I have played a mage on nightmare mode wearing medium armor (with the Sera's Breeches mod) and it was still doable.
