Removes the inexplicable Duster dorf tattoo from Huon, the bloodmage City Elf escaped Circle Mage from the 'On the Loose' quest.

To install:

Add the tsm_huon_no_tat folder to your override.

To uninstall:
=================

Delete the tsm_huon_no_tat folder.

Known issues:
=================

Will conflict with any other mod altering Huon's morph.

Sometimes I wonder if Bioware does stuff like this on purpose, just to see if anyone is paying attention.
