About this mod
Removes the "points in" requirements from talents, so you don't need to choose abilities from a tree that you don't want. Other optional files also remove sustained ability VFX, remove mana/stamina costs for sustained abilities, and reduce ability cooldowns.

Description:
The main version simply removes the "points in" requirements that prevent you from selecting a talent without having a certain number of points in the specialization. The level requirements for talents have not been changed.
The other versions also either remove the VFX from sustained abilities, remove the mana/stamina cost from sustained abilities, or both.
The final version does all of the above, plus lowers ability cooldowns to 50% of their original length.
Update:
Another version removes points in requirements, sustained VFX, sustained cost, and provides 50% cooldowns on the Heal spell and items only.
Installation:
Unzip and move the folder named after the version you choose (ONLY ONE OF THEM) into your Override folder.
Compatibility:
Not compatible with anything else that modifies abi_base.gda or sustained talents in general. It should work on both new and existing game saves. More testing is needed, so if you find any bugs or have questions, let me know.
