It reduces the cooldowns of activated abilities by roughly 25 %.

Having recently started DA2, i really liked the tweaks to cooldowns from Cupressi's mod, sadly it has a pretty big problem, at least for me : it stops abilities' upgrade from having any effect. 

So i remade the mod from scratch and decided to share in case anyone is interested. So far it seems to work without bugs. Don't hesitate to report if you find any.

- Compatibility : 

It will not work with mods that change the same abilities, so pretty much every active and spell.

- Install :

Put the file abi_base_cooldowns.gda in My Documents\BioWare\Dragon Age 2\packages\core\override 

- Versions : 

I made a second version that slightly reduces cooldowns of potions, grenades and poisons in addition to abilities. It also puts a 5 minutes cooldown on injury kits.
