Added optional files with separate Hightown exterior and floor changes.

This is a very simple retexture of just three Hightown textures.

With the two exterior textures I aimed to brighten the stone and reduce the amount of moss which made it look quite grimy. Keep in mind that Kirkwall is over 1000 years old, the stone should have wear and show age, but that doesn't mean it has to be dirty. This is where the Kirkwall aristocracy live, I'm sure that it has the benefit of better maintenance than the default textures lead us to believe.

The third texture is a recolor of the interior Hightown floor tile to be similar to the loading screen art with a gray stone and golden grouting.

These screenshots were taken in Act 1 with the highest sun and with DX9.

Unzip and put the folder into your Override directory.

Delete the folder from your Override directory.
