About this mod

Elf female underwear replacer. For those who hate corsets.

Consider this a public resource: feel free to do what you want with this.  Due to life, time constraints, other projects and not playing Dragon Age II in a considerable amount of time, I'm pulling what little support I gave this mod.  Go nuts.

ELF FEMALE UNDERWEAR REPLACER
==============================

I for one absolutely hated the corset-things that female elves wear in DAII. It's one of the several things wrong with romancing Merrill (that, and you can't have random conversations with your love interests. Sadface.)

So, after playing around with the GFF Editor and Paint.NET, and some frustrating trial and error, I have made this replacer. I've based it on actual underwear - bra and briefs set - while keeping the black/red/gold colour scheme. Purely because elf males also have that colour scheme, and I'm too lazy to edit them both.

I also removed the 'stripes' because I didn't really like them. Plus, it made it easier for me.

This is my first public retex of, well, anything. Have fun!

Another replacer is included, as per request, this time without the six-pack. I personally prefer this one, as it does look kinda more... Elfy. Or at least I think so.

I know there are a few 'nude-ish' mods out there but, meh. Call me old fashioned, but I really don't like seeing random people running around in see-through lace - if that. There's a time and a place for it XD

CREDITS
==============================

Zolariel - thank the Creators for this person. The tutorial you posted earlier today on creating tattoos is what made me (finally!) able to find where the .dds files were hiding.

Your tutorial is excellent, and I intend to make good use of it in the near future - thank you!

The tutorial can be downloaded here:

And of course, anyone else who thinks that the corsets are absolutely ridiculous. I can't be the only one.

Ali Begali - for giving me a workaround for the damned screenshot situation XD Thanks for that.

And the Nexus for giving me somewhere to host this. Forever shall I be loyal to this site.

VERSION HISTORY
==============================

1 - played around with GFF Editor and Paint.NET. Created the first version; quite flawed, but not bad
2 - fixed the colour tints for darker elves; created second version without six-pack
3 - edited both; changed colour tints slightly, so that both the back and front had more or less the same colour skin. It's still noticeable, but only if you look really closely.
- Also played around with some of the other .dds files in the same folder; originally in certain lights you could still see the 'pattern' of the corset. That has (hopefully) been fixed.

I may edit the first version further - the 'unripped' one has a belly button, while the other one doesn't. It's kinda strange.
Also, I'm not all that good on anatomy, so the belly button could be in completely the wrong place for all I know. Feedback is appreciated.
