Changes the cooldown for the Summon Dog skill to 1 second for those who don't like waiting 30 seconds to be able to summon Dog again.
Installation:
Extract to Documents\BioWare\Dragon Age 2\packages\core\override
If you wish to do it yourself:
1. Open 2da.erf (Dragon Age II\addins\da2_prc_one\core\data) with the pyGFF editor. Pick abi_one.gda. You should only see one item under the second row. Expand that.
2. To change the cooldown, edit the value for column 35 to any number you want.
