This mod simply makes the staff of Parthalan a bit overpowered and more useful both to the early or late stages of the game. If you guys think it is too overpowered, (which is probably not if using with the nightmare difficulty), leave comments and i'll consider re-editing the file.
I highly recommend using my mod with Dragonagefun's Nightmare Ultra mod, for more challenging gameplay. And thanks to Dragonagefun for creating such awesome difficulty nightmare mod. The mod can be found here:

This is only the early release of the mod. Ill post more items and armors if i have more time.
Note that these will not peacefully coexist with other replacer mods that change the same items.
