About this mod

A tweaked version of Constant Vigilance that conceals weapons. Update: Now includes a separate file that also boosts movement speed out of combat by 50%

Permissions and credits
It does pretty much the same thing as Srelsa's Constant Vigilance mod with the exception that weapons will now be concealed when within Hawke's Estate. Tested thoroughly in my playthrough without any bugs occurring.

Kudos to elys and Mephales on the Bioware Social Network for their excellent GDApp and pyGFF tools. Also thanks to Srelsa for giving me the idea for this mod.

Compatibility:

This isn't compatible with other mods that change the same lines in apr_base.gda. For instance, those that affect the default clothing Hawke wears in his estate as well as the faster movement speed mods. It will also conflict with my own movement animation tweak mod.

However, there are workarounds to get the faster movement speed as well as this one active at the same time.

Update:

Armor at home - Version 1.0b

Added a 50% movement speed bonus for Hawke when out of combat while still retaining the original purpose of this mod. This is for people looking to combine my mod with the faster run speed mods on this forum.

Follow the installation rules below, but use only one file in your override folder. I.e. Either apr_base_ata.gda or apr_base_atb.gda

Installation:

Drop the apr_base_ata.gda file into your Documents\BioWare\Dragon Age 2\packages\core\override folder. To uninstall simply reverse the process, i.e., delete the file.

Other mods by me:

Aveline armor upgrade bugfix - Gives you Aveline's fourth and final armor upgrade upon quest completion.

I also recommend grabbing the Friendship bug fix from honestRope if you haven't already as it solves a potentially game breaking bug.

P.S.
I usually mod game files for personal use only and this would be the first time I'm sharing stuff with the community.

Feel free to endorse the file if you like it enough. I don't bite. Usually
