Gamlen learned of the Carta attacking the mansion. He'd practically camped out here until I returned. At first he didn't believe the stories I had to tell, but after a while admitted he knew more about the relationship between my mother and father than he had ever let on. He knew about mother being pregnant when she fled to Ferelden with Father.

Gamlen actually had a half-way respectful thing to say about the whole thing. Perhaps he's not really as bitter as he's always seemed. Or maybe learning about Charade's existence has tampered it somewhat. I am glad to know her as well. It makes me feel like I'm not really alone after all.
