Unfortunately they don't show all the decisions that do get imported from Origins. Like for example: it doesn't give you Alistair's fate. since he can have up to 4 different outcomes, 3 of which effect DA2 and then the choices of (if your character was female/noble female) the Warden marrying him, becoming queen, becoming his mistress, ect.
or the romance with Zevran, even though it is bugged, his relationship with the Warden does get acknowledged if he had one. Or if he slept with him/her. Same goes for Leliana if you have the Exiled Prince DLC.
And whether or not the Warden slept with Isabela, and to what extent.
Other choices that they do show on this list, like burning Cailan's body I have yet to see effect DA2. The choice with Connor, that had once showed up in DA2, but the quest was taken out. And as far as I know discovering Shale hasn't had any effect on DA2.

It's unfortunate though, because so many of the choices are bugged when imported. Hopefully Dragon Age Keep will be less buggy and acknowledge things properly
