This simply removes the Shapeshifting Spells' charge-up time. Making them close to instant.
Morrigan didn't have to charge-up into her spider form in the trailer, and she shouldn't have to in the game either.
There is now also an instant version available if the 1-sec casting time is still too much of a delay.

Note: The Quick version now comes included with the Lerned Forms Shapeshifting Mod.
Extract the included override folder into the Documents/Bioware/Dragon Age/Packages/Core directory.
