Quite simply a high rez retexture of Shale, I have included images to show the differences between vanilla & HD version.

INSTALLATION

1) Download file to selected destination.
2) Unpack folder and move to the specified location below:
Documents\BioWare\Dragon Age\packages\core\override

UNINSTALLATION
-------------------------
Delete folder from above location.
