This helmet appears in the game assets, but was not fully implemented. I thought it was too attractive to leave un-used.

The buffs are a modest +3 to Defense, same as the Thane Helmet.

Comes in both Medium and Heavy versions.
Developer console is required for both.

Known Issues:
The helm can only be equipped by human characters.

The helmet_heavy_variation item variation used is 15.
The helmet_heavy_variation item variation used is 15.

Will conflict with any other mod which uses those Item Variation IDs.
