Some changes to existing spells to improve their usefulness or corrects their effect. Feel free to share your opinion/suggestion about changes.
Changes
Ver 1.1 - contains changes from 1.0 and:
Spell Combination - Storm of the Century
- Now deals 50% damage as lightning and 50% damage as cold instead of 100% lightning.
- Now slows targets by 10% (affected by target rank).
Primal - Flaming Weapon
- Maximum damage bonus increased from 20 to 30.
- Scaling with spellpower lowered from (spellpower/7.5) to (spellpower/8.5).
Primal - Rock Armor
- Maximum armor bonus increased from 12.5 to 20.
- Scaling with spellpower lowered from (spellpower/4) to (spellpower/5).
Primal - Frost Weapons
- Maximum damage bonus increased from 10 to 20.
- Scaling with spellpower lowered from (spellpower/7.5) to (spellpower/8.0).
Spirit - Telekinetic Weapons
- Maximum armor penetration bonus increased from 12.5 to 20.
- Scaling with spellpower lowered from (spellpower/7.5) to (spellpower/8.0).
Ver 1.0
Blood Magic - Blood Control:
- Damage type changed from Physical to Spirit.
Primal - Stonefist:
- Cooldown lowered from 15s. to 8s.
- Damage type changed from Physical to Nature (to match description).
Primal - Chain Lightning:
- Now scales up with 20% of spellpower.
Creation - Glyph of Neutralization:
- Cooldown lowered from 60 s. to 40 s.
Spirit - Walking Bomb:
- Damage type changed from Spirit to Nature.
Spirit - Virulent Walking Bomb:
- Damage type changed from Spirit to Nature.
Spirit - Crushing Prison:
- Cooldown lowered from 60s. to 40s.
- Now deals damage for 10s. to every type of target (immobilize effect affected by target rank)
Entropy - Death Hex:
- Cooldown lowered from 60s. to 40s.
Entropy - Curse of Mortality:
- Cooldown lowered from 60s. to 40s.
Installation
Unzip and put it into
Documents\BioWare\Dragon Age\packages\core\override
Compatibility
Mod should work with everything that does not edit spells.
