Time for a Tamlen overhaul. His default version got an elfier harstyle and some freckles, and he can also be black, brown or East Asian (an attempt has been made - male elf eye shapes really lack here). I have also done the matching ghoul variants.

Definitely recommended to try him with Karmas Origins Companions, which I used to take the camp screenshots. His ghoul variants kept their hair since this mod allows you to cure him and then he suddenly grows it back anyway, which is kinda weird. (Also, Larius still had most of his hair after being a ghoul for Maker knows how long.)
