This mod is an edited version of "Sustained Toggles".
That mod makes it so Sustained skills have no cooldown and animation.

My changes is that it makes the skills have half upkeep cost(rounded up) and 5% fatigue for all skils
There is another version which will make them have 0 upkeep and 0% fatigue as well.


So what this mod does is:
Changes all Sustained skills to have 0 cooldown,
no casting animation,
half mana upkeep cost (or 0),
5% fatigue (or 0)
