Alistair, much like everyone else, seems to have the chronic doesn't-look-his-age-syndrome. So the first thing I did was make him look younger, and then I made him look a bit more like his family. Since Fiona is described in the Calling as having dark hair and eyes (despite her green eyes in Inquisition...Bioware what are you doing), I gave him both of those, and then, just because I liked the DA2 elves, larger eyes and a flattened brow. Hopefully he looks more like his mother and more like a 20 year old now.
