To import into dragon age 2 simplely put  it in your  [Documents] or Alt: Documents\BioWare\Dragon Age\Characters. Then play dragon age 2, start a new game and after fist battle scene  click the import button. please note that you may have to download the import 1.0 bugfix for dragon age 2............
