Jowan's Intention... is there anything that isn't wrong about this quest? It doesn't trigger when it should. And if the player manages to debug the quest, and actually encounters Jowan, there are seemingly TWO of him, since Bioware also assigned his headmorph to a refugee in his party. (One who is standing right next to him, of course.)

I eliminated Jowan's doppelganger by editing the UTC file, and giving him a different vanilla morph.

Drop the tsm_just_one_jowan folder into \BioWare\Dragon Age\packages\core\override.

Delete the tsm_just_one_jowan folder.

Will conflict with any other UTC editing the third refugee (ran250cr_jowan_refugee_c.utc). Must be installed prior to entering the area where the Jowan encounter occurs (ran250ar_forest_jowan).
