King!Alistair carries Maric's Blade in DAA

When King Alistair visits the Warden at Vigil's Keep, he's carrying Duncan's Shield and an ordinary Grey Warden longsword. I thought it would be nice if he had his father's sword, to go with his father figure's shield.

This UTC equips him with Maric's Blade, from the Return to Ostagar DLC.

Known Issues and Caveats:
=================

Will conflict with any other UTC editing KIng!Alistair's equipment in Dragon Age Awakening (int100cr_alistair.utc).

The equipment change will only appear in a new DAA game, as all NPC equipment for an area is "locked in" on first loading an area.

Maric's Blade Blues Changes the color of Maric’s Blade's runes from yellow to blue, to match the descriptions in the novels.
DAA Bodyguards TweakReplaces the templar helm and ‘generic’ weapon/shield equipped by the Fereldan monarch’s not-templar contingent with the models carried by
Cailan’s guard at Ostagar, and optionally, replace their
massive armour with the Diligence set.
