I wasn't satisfied with other SweetFX and ENB mods for DAO, they either made the colors too saturated and vibrant or they had too much bloom for my taste, so i decided to make my own.
This mod tweaks the color palette of the game in order to make it more gritty and realistic, while adding a (mild) HDR effect to give the world a more palpable feel (hard to describe, has to do with the effect of lighting on stereoscopic perception). It also adds SMAA (preset ULTRA) and moderate Luma sharpen to enhance the overall image quality.
Version History: v1.21: another small HDR tweak; this version can be considered final for the time being v1.2: reduced HDR radius to fix shiny faces in bright environments v1.1: improved SMAA (now using highest preset) v1.0: initial Release
Install: 1. disable ingame anti-aliasing 2. extract the contents of the archive to the bin_ship folder in your install dir (3. if you use any kind of overlay like FRAPS or the like, disable it)
Uninstall: Remove all files in the archive from your bin_ship folder
Usage: Scroll Lock key enables and disables the effects in game (enabled by default at game launch) Print key takes screenshots
