Fixes the second "Drain Life" spell bug brought in by the DLC "Return to Ostigar."
Anyone who has the DLC "Return to Ostigar" knows about the harmless but annoying second "Drain Life" spell. Simply drop the little 2kps file into your override folder and let the bug plague your GUI no longer!
*Spoiler Warning to those who have not completed "Return to Ostigar*
The only thing this file does is make the second "Drain Life" skill (Which is actually the resurrect the dead ogre spell the necromancer cast.) no longer selectable by the player.

I changed
Showinchargen = 7
to
Showinchargen = 0
