It has been very easy and quick to change them: I only opened the texture file with IrfanView and there has been a square with blue pixels for the blue stones of the earrings. I searched a picture of a (round) diamond and cut a square in the diamond. Then I chose the identic size for my new square and put it over the original blue one. Saving. And that's it. Well, putting afterwards in the override folder, of course. Maybe I will still try another version with pearls.
It doesn't sound that difficult. You should definitely do more of these if you have the time. ^_^
