Description

To prevent an inflation of smaller mods that focus on specific issues I open up this Junk Box that may be filled with game fixes, additions, utilities and other stuff over time. Feel free to rummage in here.


Content

Auto Save: Character script that contains an auto-save function (10 min. per default, 4 save slots). Be aware that the mod's scripted auto-save file order doesn't depend on save time (latest - oldest), but on save file number. When you load the mod's auto-save file 1 it will overwrite its save file 2 the next time (not the oldest file). To install (and for instructions on changing save intervalls and save name) follow the readme, contained in the ZIP folder. Not supposed to be used with hardcore mode.
Compatibility: Not compatible with mods that make changes on the 'Player' char script. So not compatible with Scales, BetterLogistics and SamaritanMod. Instructions for use with Scales and SamaritanMod can be found in the contained readme. Integration into BetterLogistics sometime later.

Crawling Infestation: The Crawling Infestation skill from Scoundrel now infests all characters within a small range around your character. Infested characters will die after 3 turns if they don't resist and spawn some monsters. If an infected
character gets killed before, an egg will spawn with monsters emerging from it after 2 or 3 turns.
Compatibility: Works with existing games. Compatible with all mods that don't use the 'Base' and the 'CMB_SpiderEgg' char script, and not the 'SkillData' text file from Shared. For use with 'Scales 1.9.32' and 'StandStillWhenIAttack' (or other mods that use 'SkillData' txt or 'Base' char script) please follow the instructions in the included readme.

Catch the Rat: Conditions rats and other running animals to have a break when you are in range (3.5 in-game meters). Also adds some more variety to their behaviour.
Compatibility: Works with existing games. Compatible with all mods that don't use the 'PUZ_AnimalRunAway' char script (so compatible with all mods on Nexus and Steam).

StatusInfluenceRemoval: Character script that removes the status influence of slowed, wet, warm and chilled from player characters if the status got permanent. Functionality confirmed (thanks to Feketerigo from the Steam Forum).
Compatibility: The script doesn't work for editor created mods (installed in 'Documents') that contain the 'Base' character script. For mods installed in the 'Data' folders of the game you can just add the script lines to the 'Base' script (see instructions in the included readme).

Removed Player Tombstone: Removes the tombstone that spawns after a player character dies. Some death types temporarily remove the character model on death, so you should target the character portrait for resurrection now. Bringing back the old remains from Classic Version (like ash etc.) isn't possible, and a scripting solution doesn't exist (because of missing checks for death types).
Compatibility: Compatible with all mods that don't make changes on the 'CEM_Tombstone_Resurrect_A.GR2' file (so compatible with all mods on Nexus and Steam, as far as I see).

Additional note:

Note that you may receive a warning about not being able to play in multiplayer when you start up the game with this type of mod (installed in the game's main directory, not as .pak module in the Documents folder); this warning must not be taken seriously. You can still play the game in multiplayer; just make sure that all players have the same mods installed (which is probably necessary for most mods).
