This mod tries to change some melee skill effects to be a bit more realistic and nerfs a skill(Boulder Bash) that was simply too powerful(Surface, multiple knockdowns and High damage).
WARNING: This mod is still in testing, enemies that use knockdown are supposed to still be able to use it, in the right range, however, this is not yet fully tested. Also ou may receive the Main mod dependency warning upon starting the game, You should be able to play normally in lan or single player, not sure about multiplayer though.
List of changes V0.1:
Man-at-Arms:
- Crushing fist is now melee(1m range), requires a melee weapon and is slighly based on weapon range;
- Crushing fist Cooldown reduced by 1 turn in exchange for the range loss;
- Crushing fist now uses Dust Devil/Whirlwind animation as opposed to the giant hand that looked more like a spell than a physical move;
- Crushing fist description changed.
- Battering ram Range reduced to 7, but now has a cooldown of 7 and costs 5 AP;
Scoundrel:
- Razor's Edge now has the same graphical effect of bloodleting on the target(to simulate several cuts) as opposed to the giant blue hand.
- Removed huge casting effect that looked like a nova from all Scoundrel skills, it was just too mage like.
Geomancer:
- Boulder Bash nerfed to have 20% less knockdown chance and does not create a poison surface anymore(that skill was just too good, all good things in one spell).
OPTIONAL FILE: Useful_Food file that increaases most foods to last 30 rounds to give you time to consume food with all your chatacters and to simulate better the nutrition time for your character.
INSTALLING:
Copy the "Stats" folder to Divinity OS/Data/Public/Main. Create the "Main" folder if you don't have one.
UNINSTALLING:
Delete theĀ "Stats" folder from Divinity OS/Data/Public/Main.
