MasterEffect + ReShade plugin that monochromes your game, aside from a single color! Easy install/uninstall. Inspired by NoirENB by Rusey @ SkyrimNexus!
ALSO this is Dark Souls 2 mod #666 so that's how you know it's good.

IF YOU WANT TO EDIT RESHADE.fx SAVE THE FILE IN ANSI ENCODING
INSTALL
Just pop in your DS2 SotFS directory (most likely C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Dark Souls II Scholar of the First Sin\Game)
UNINSTALL
Delete the files you put in the directory, which are:
