Looks way better than these pictures make it out to be. Check out "IGoDerpy's" uploaded pics instead in the "From Users" sub-tab of the images tab.
This is basically a fancy ceremonial armor. Maybe Vendrick made him wear it when they were having fancy ceremonies. I donno. I think it looks way cooler, though.
There is some asymmetry with the left and right front flaps, near the crotch. That is unfixable because the model simply doesn't get any bigger in that area on Raime's front-right side.
Boss Raime shares some (but not all) armor textures with the player's Raime armor, so I went ahead an just edited the boss entirely to match the player gear, since otherwise he'd be half modded and half normal.
Download GeDoSaTo.
-Extract the files to "C:User/.../GeDoSaTo/textures/DarkSoulsII/override/" or whatever is similar on your machine.
-Set "enableTextureOverride" to "true" in GeDoSaTo.ini
-Launch GeDoSaTo.
-Play game.
-Make sure your textures are set to "high."
