Replaces the full and empty Estus flask icons with a bottle of Mountain Dew.

Inspired by HellkiteDrake's excellent Mountain Dew Estus flask retexture.
Place in the DSfix texture override folder, and ensure that texture overrides are enabled in the DSfix.ini.
UPDATE: Apparently the old 3D model texture is no longer available. To complete the experience, get a new one from Frdric here:
