Delayed Simultaneous Turns v 1.1 for Sid Meier's Civilization VI
Mod that should completely solve the problem with Simultaneous Turns when host or players with better internet connection receive unfair advantage.
It gives you two phases, but first one lasts only 4 seconds and you can’t make any move commands those 4 seconds.
The second phase is a normal game with both movement and building ability.
