FAQ
1) How do I open ANewWorld.jar?
This is a JAR file, which requires you to have the Java Runtime Environment (JRE) installed. If your computer does not have the correct file association set up, you can following this wikihow article on how to run it: http://www.wikihow.com/Run-a-.Jar-Java-File

2) How do I use the mod on a Mac/Linux machine?
I can, although haven't, packaged it for OS other than Windows. Leave a comment to express your interest and I'll be sure to add it!

3) When do I need to run ANewWorld.jar?
Running the Jar creates a new effects.data file, which means it will randomize and recreate the value, range, cure rate, upgrade requirement etc. for all cures, side effects and catalysts in the game. I would recommend doing that before starting a new game, but NOT before loading a previous save/continuing an old game. You can save the effects.data file elsewhere and restore it to this mod folder if you want to re-apply a specific set of settings.

4) I have so many other questions!
Ask away on Nexus. I'll monitor and answer them!
