Formally known as the Playable Characters mod, the Arkham City Community Patch aims to improve the game in various ways. 

It is recommended to install this mod only after playing Harley Quinn's Revenge as there's currently a conflict that we're working to resolve.
This mod currently disables Steam achievements, this is an unintentional side effect of editing the game files. It is recommended that you get any achievements before installing this mod.

[Bug fixes and improvements]
The Catwoman Episodes menu has been fully restored, giving access to replay her missions at will. - HUGE thanks to Cult_7191 for fixing this for us.
A Free Roam menu has been added, giving users the ability to explore Arkham City with Robin and Nightwing. The menu also includes support for their additional skins, both from the patch and from the original game. 
Restored debugger and command console.
Removed the requirement to beat the game in order to use additional skins - no more hotkeys or cheats needed!
Pristine skins for both Batman and Catwoman have been added.

Q: How do I activate the debug menu?
A: Hold delete or press RB+Start.

Q: What is this mod and what is the goal?
A: The Arkham Community Patches are a series of projects for Arkham City, Origins and Knight which aim to add new content, restore deleted/cut content, fix bugs and improve the overall user experience.

Q: What is the benefit of using skins through the patch as opposed to Texmod?
A: The skins in this patch are additional slots that don't replace existing skins, don't rely on external programs and run via the game files directly. A result of this is that they'll work perfectly with DirectX 11 graphics settings, as well as on Linux based machines via WINE or Proton, including Steam Deck. Another advantage is that skins via the patch are not locked to certain graphics settings as they are with Texmod. 

Q: How can I assist the team in making the patch better?

Q: How do I install the patch?
A: We currently support two ways of installation - Setup and Manual.

Setup is the fastest and recommended for most users. All you need to do is point it to your Batman Arkham City directory. The default of C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\Common\Batman Arkham City is already inputted by default.

The other method is manual .RAR installation. You will require 7zip or similar to open the archive, then just drag and drop the Folders, merging with the original ones and clicking yes to replace when asked.

Only download the LATEST version. The RAR OR Setup version at the top will give you everything unless otherwise stated. 

The menu replaces the Harley Quinn's Revenge option. Click on that to enter the mod menu and select your option.
