STEP: 1
After downloading mods make sure you drag them into the correct folder and ONLY drag the PAK files as you don't need anything else. Down below displays what a correct mod folder will contain.
Ensure you have Patch 3+ Fix either the original or one found on the Nexus added to your mods list.

STEP: 2
Once you have completed the first step, as of Patch 9 ensure that your profile is set to Public. Once that is completed a brand new mod-less profile will have a number of mods you added all on the right (Inactive Mods) section. You will need to drag them from the Inactive section into the active section by left-clicking and holding them; then dropping them into the (Active Mods) section.
STEP: 3
Once you have completed Step 2 successfully you will see all the mods in the Active Mods section. At this point, you will need to locate the Export Button so that Baldur's Gate 3 Mod Manager can export the mods into your ModSettings.lsx file for you. This greatly helps avoid the risk of messing up your ModSettings.lsx file.
STEP: 4
You will find the Export to Game button in this location. Use this photo down below to direct you to the button if you are unable to find it. Remember you must click this every time you add a new mod to your load order as well as the modsetting.lsx won't be updated with the new mods you have added without you clicking this button. You don't need to do this step if you're updating the same mod order with updated mods so long as the mods UUID code was not changed which normally doesn't happen.
STEP: 5
Once you have completed all the steps you will see a green check mark button at the bottom of Baldur's Gate 3 Mod Manager. This means your mods have been successfully added to your game. If you encounter any other message other than this green one it did not successfully add the mods to your Baldur's Gate 3 game. I've added additional notes down below to point out the green check mark, and explain how to navigate to your profile that contains your Larian Studios mods.
Once all this has been completed you can profit and enjoy your modded Baldur's Gate 3 playthrough
