AGE OF BLOODSHED 2.13 RISE OF THE NETHER KING
Changes from 1.08 to 2.13
+ Campaign Mission 30 "INNER STATE" has received dozens of minor edits and the player now starts with more resources and in the Castle Age.
+ INNER STATE has been made a little easier because it was a brutal and unyielding mission.
+ Mission 30, "INNER STATE" has reduced in difficulty. The mission now goes from "Impossible" to just "Very Hard".
+ Ten new Rise of The Nether King missions added to the Age of Bloodshed Campaign.
+ All new missions are made automatically available without needing to beat the previous missions.
+ A few units have been re-balanced.
+ Earlier Campaign Missions may have also received minor updates and format changes.
+ Total number of Age of Bloodshed Campaign Missions has been increased from 30 to 40.
+ Enjoy Rise of The Nether King!
+ Color 7 "Gray" now has a lighter minimap color that's not white, but a slightly bluish hue.
Color 7 units will now have blue and black stripes to better differentiate between Color 7 and Color 8.
If you are a veteran of Age of Bloodshed, you know that Color 8 is not orange, it is black.
Further testing and experimentation will be required to enable all 15 colors. But for now, remember that Colors 7 and 8 are custom.
-------------Installation------------
Copy the textures to your directory. Use the readme file there for specifics.
Copy the background skins to your directory. Use the readme file there for specifics.
Copy the data, slp, and terrain folders to the corresponding folders in the Age of Empires II HD: African Kingdoms directory.
-C:\Games\Age of Empires II HD The African Kingdoms\resources\_common\dat
-C:\Games\Age of Empires II HD The African Kingdoms\resources\_common\slp
-C:\Games\Age of Empires II HD The African Kingdoms\resources\_common\terrain
Copy the sound folder to C:\Games\Age of Empires II HD The African Kingdoms\resources\_common or wherever your common\sound folder is.
Copy the campaign folder to C:\Games\Age of Empires II HD The African Kingdoms\resources\_common or wherever your common\campaign folder is.
-------------Recommended Settings------------
Start at the Castle Age to automatically have most new units, population cap 500.
Set the AI difficulty to Hard or Hardest if you want them to use tactics or the new units.
Connect your device to a great set of speakers and HDTV or 4K TV. I've added some great tracks in here. A few of them you may even recognize.
--------IMPORTANT------------
Even if you have a previous version of Age of Bloodshed, overwrite all the files. Some new files are NECESSARY FOR THE CAMPAIGN.
